From ordering to results in three simple, safe steps.
Choose a kit based on how many materials you want to test and how quickly you need the result — one sample per suspect material is the general rule. Your kit is dispatched promptly and arrives with illustrated instructions, sample bags and labels, wipes and a prepaid tracked return envelope. Standard, Express and Trade kits also include disposable gloves and an FFP3 mask; the Basic kit does not include PPE, so you'll need your own.

If a material is badly damaged, or you're not confident sampling it, contact us first — some situations are better assessed professionally.
Drop the prepaid tracked envelope in any postbox. When your samples arrive at our UKAS-accredited laboratory, they are analysed and your certificate of analysis is emailed to you the next working day (Express and Trade kits) or within two working days (Basic and Standard kits) — a clear result for each sample, with guidance on what to do next.
No asbestos detected — you can proceed with your work with peace of mind.
Asbestos detected — don't panic. Asbestos in good condition and left undisturbed is often best managed in place. Your results identify the asbestos type, and we can point you towards appropriately licensed professionals for removal or encapsulation where needed.
